AI Pay Analysis: To provide a thorough analysis of the hourly rate for a “Registered Nurse Recovery/AOP .8 Full Time” position in Ishpeming, MI, I would need specific numerical data regarding the hourly rate being offered. However, as a general guideline, registered nurses’ hourly wages in Michigan typically range from approximately $25 to $40, depending on factors such as experience, specialty, and facility type. The competitive nature of the rate in Ishpeming—especially given the regional cost of living—would also play a significant role; as of my last knowledge cutoff, areas with lower living costs may offer slightly lower wages compared to urban regions. Evaluating the offered hourly rate against these benchmarks will clarify its competitiveness in relation to the market standards for registered nurses in that area.
