Job Title: FOOD SERVICE WORKER (PART TIME)

Company: Compass Group

Location: Rochester, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a part-time Food Service Worker in Rochester, MI, is generally in line with industry standards, as entry-level positions in this field often range from $13 to $18 per hour based on factors such as experience, specific employer, and local cost of living. While it may be competitive for entry-level roles, it’s important to consider that some larger chains and establishments could offer higher wages, especially if they are facing labor shortages. Given that Rochester is a suburban area with varying economic conditions, this rate may attract candidates; however, it might not significantly incentivize experienced workers or those seeking a more competitive salary. Overall, while $15 is an adequate starting point, it may require periodic adjustments to remain attractive in a competitive labor market.
