We are currently seeking dynamic, enthusiastic, and sales-oriented professionals to serve as passionate brand ambassadors at our East Lansing Costco location. This is an excellent opportunity to promote and sell nutritional supplements from esteemed brands such as Qunol and Zena, including Liquid Collagen and Super Greens.

As a sales representative, you will receive training to effectively encourage sales through engaging demonstrations that highlight the features, benefits, and value of our popular product line, including Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, and various Turmeric products.
Available Demo Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM, with all days available. Saturdays and Sundays are optimal for generating commissions!
This sales position is ideal for those seeking to supplement their income with part-time work.
Compensation:
- Starting at $25 per hour, plus bonuses based on surpassing sales quotas
- W-2 Employment
- Promotional kit provided, along with bi-weekly paychecks via direct deposit
- Average earnings for brand ambassadors range from $200 to $300 per day, with top performers exceeding $500 per day
Bonus Structure:
You will be eligible for commissions based on product sales during your shifts, which typically align with Costco’s hours of operation. For example:
- Selling 30 Super Greens earns you $90 in commission
- Selling 20 Liquid Collagen earns you $60 in commission
- Selling 5 Liquid CoQ10 (when not on sale) earns you $15 in commission
Sales Promoter Responsibilities:
- Engage with Costco members to promote various products provided by our suppliers
- Represent yourself and our company professionally while on-site
- Deliver exceptional customer service on behalf of Direct Demo
- Monitor and respond to scheduling communications from your manager
- Be available for scheduled compliance calls with your team and/or regional manager
- Capable of lifting and transporting a 2′ x 4′ folding table weighing approximately 20 pounds from your vehicle to the store and back, as well as carrying products and materials to and from your car
- Maintain the ability to stand for extended periods
- Work independently, as you will often be the sole team member at your location
Requirements:
- Outgoing personality with the ability to engage and converse with customers
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Experience in direct sales is preferred
- Proficiency in email and basic computer/mobile device usage
