Job description:
As a Software Solution Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert guidance in accounting software solutions to both clients and internal stakeholders. Your primary responsibilities will involve understanding client requirements, navigating the software solutions process, and assisting in the implementation and configuration of accounting software systems. Through your knowledge of accounting principles and technical expertise, you will effectively translate business needs into successful software solutions, ultimately enhancing the accounting software processes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

– Collaborate closely with clients to evaluate their accounting software needs and offer tailored recommendations.
– Assist clients in the installation and configuration of accounting software systems to align with their specific requirements.
– Facilitate training sessions and workshops to ensure clients are well-versed in the features and functionalities of the software.
– Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to accounting software implementation, data migration, and system integration.
– Provide ongoing technical support to clients via various channels, including phone, email, and remote assistance.
– Conduct regular software updates, patches, and maintenance to ensure system reliability and optimal performance.
– Work in partnership with cross-functional teams, including sales, development, and product management, to address client needs and contribute to product enhancements.
– Remain informed of industry trends and changes in accounting regulations to provide clients with accurate guidance and support.
– Document client interactions, issues, and resolutions in a timely and precise manner.
– Continuously enhance product knowledge and build expertise in accounting software solutions.

Work Environment: Work is conducted in a professional office environment with minimal distractions.
