AI Pay Analysis: To analyze the hourly rate for a “Retail Sales Associate Part Time” in Grandville, MI, it’s essential to consider that part-time retail positions typically pay between $12 to $17 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, company size, and specific industry segment. If the rate in question falls within this range, it can be deemed competitive and aligned with industry standards for the location. However, if it is significantly below this range, it may not attract qualified candidates, especially in a tight labor market; conversely, if it’s above, it could give the employer an advantage in retention and recruitment.
