In our large retail environment, we rely on team collaboration to maintain efficient operations. Our stores provide flexible shifts across early morning, daytime, and evening hours. As a Sales Associate, you will undergo cross-training in various essential areas, including:

  • Customer Service: You will play a vital role in forming genuine connections with pet owners. Your responsibilities will include welcoming customers and their pets, facilitating a smooth checkout process, and ensuring that they locate all the items they need.

  • Pet Care: You will be responsible for the welfare of all live pets in our stores, including fish, reptiles, birds, and small animals. In this capacity, you’ll maintain their health, cleanliness, and nutrition while also providing informed recommendations to pet owners.

  • Merchandising & Inventory: You will contribute to enhancing the shopping experience by executing effective merchandising, stocking, and pricing strategies, ensuring pet owners can find the products they need in a timely manner.
