  • Customer Service: You will play a pivotal role in forging genuine connections with pet parents by welcoming them and their pets, facilitating seamless checkout experiences, and ensuring they find everything they need.
  • Pet Care: You will oversee the safety and well-being of all live animals in our care, including fish, reptiles, birds, and small mammals. Acting as their caretaker until they are adopted, you will ensure they remain healthy, clean, and well-fed while providing pet parents with the best advice tailored to their pet’s needs.
  • Merchandising & Inventory: You will be instrumental in guiding pet parents to the products they seek through effective merchandising, stocking, and pricing strategies.
