AI Pay Analysis: To provide a thorough analysis of the hourly rate for a “Front Desk” role in Troy, MI, it would be essential to compare it to the current market rates and industry standards specific to that location. Typically, as of late 2023, Front Desk positions in Michigan generally range from $13 to $20 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, specific industry (e.g., hospitality, medical, corporate), and company size. If the offered rate falls within or slightly above this range, it would be considered competitive. Conversely, if it falls significantly below this threshold, it may indicate a less attractive offer. Additionally, benefits, work environment, and growth opportunities should also be taken into account when evaluating overall competitiveness.
