Job Title: Home Care Aide – Male caregiver

Company: Help at Home

Location: Riverview, MI

Pay: $15 – 16 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 – $16 for a “Home Care Aide – Male caregiver” in Riverview, MI, is generally considered to be on the lower end of the spectrum for this role. According to industry standards, the typical pay for home care aides in Michigan often ranges from $12 to $20 per hour based on experience, certifications, and specific job demands. While the figure is competitive in some situations, such as entry-level positions or in areas with a lower cost of living, it may not adequately reflect the rising demand for caregivers and the increasing cost of living in a wider context. Overall, this pay rate could attract candidates but may struggle to retain experienced professionals in a competitive market.
