AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $17 – $18 for a “Direct Service Professional – Bilingual Spanish” in Westland, MI, is somewhat competitive but may vary based on several factors including experience, specific duties, and organization type. According to industry standards, especially in social services and community support roles, salaries for direct service professionals generally range from $15 to $20 per hour, aligning with the proposed rate. However, considering cost of living in Michigan and the demand for bilingual staff, offering closer to the higher end of the spectrum or including additional benefits could enhance attractiveness to candidates, particularly in a diverse community setting where bilingual skills are highly valued.
