In our expansive stores, we rely on a dedicated team to maintain efficient operations. Accordingly, various shifts are available, including early morning, daytime, and evening hours. As a Sales Associate, you may receive cross-training in the following areas:

Customer Service: You will play a crucial role in establishing genuine connections with pet parents. Your responsibilities will include warmly welcoming customers and their pets, facilitating a seamless checkout as a cashier, and ensuring they locate everything they need.

Pet Care: You will be responsible for the well-being of all living pets in our stores, including fish, reptiles, birds, and small animals. You will provide care, including feeding, cleaning, and maintaining their health, until they find loving families. Additionally, you will engage with pet parents to offer tailored solutions for their pets’ needs.
- Merchandising & Inventory: Your role will be vital in assisting pet parents in finding exactly what they seek, right when they need it. You will implement merchandising, stocking, and pricing strategies effectively.
