AI Pay Analysis: To provide a meaningful analysis of the hourly rate for a “Retail Sales Associate Part Time” in Saginaw, MI, I would typically reference current market data. However, as of my last training cut-off in October 2023, the average hourly wage for a retail sales associate in the United States generally ranged from $13 to $17, depending on factors like the specific company, local demand, and the applicant’s experience. In regions like Saginaw, wages may be on the lower end due to cost of living considerations. If the offered rate falls within or slightly above this range, it would be considered competitive. If the rate is significantly lower, it may not align well with industry standards, especially given the rising minimum wage trends and inflation. For a precise evaluation, compare the offered rate to current local job postings and prevailing minimum wage laws in Michigan.
