Job Requirements:
– Must be 16 years of age or older.

General Responsibilities for Store Team Members:
– Operate all equipment efficiently.
– Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
– Prepare products for sale.
– Receive and process telephone and in-store orders.
– Take inventory and manage associated paperwork.
– Maintain cleanliness of equipment and the facility on a daily basis.

Training:
– Comprehensive orientation and on-the-job training will be provided.

Communication Skills:
– Ability to understand and provide accurate written instructions.
– Strong verbal communication skills to interact effectively with customers and co-workers.

Essential Skills and Functions:
– Proficiency in basic mathematics, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division (a calculator may be used).
