With a shared passion for animals and comprehensive training, you will establish yourself as a trusted partner in their journey.

Pet Care: You will be responsible for the health and safety of all living pets within our stores, including fish, reptiles, birds, and small animals. Acting as their caretaker until they find a permanent home, you will ensure they are well-nourished, clean, and healthy while also providing pet parents with tailored advice and solutions.

- Cultivate your leadership skills through positions such as Department or Assistant Manager.
- Contribute to the excitement of launching new store openings.
- Transfer to any of our 1,600 locations nationwide.
While we have outlined key job responsibilities, the most rewarding experiences at PetSmart go beyond job duties. They include:
- The joy of assisting a child in selecting their very first fish.
- The satisfaction of helping a pet parent find the perfect food for a pet with an upset stomach.
- The pride in grooming a pet and witnessing their owners’ delight when they leave.
- The happiness of reuniting a pet with their family after a stay in our Pets Hotel.
