AI Pay Analysis: To analyze the hourly rate for a Bartender in Suttons Bay, MI, we would first need the specific rate you are inquiring about. However, generally, the competitive hourly rate for bartenders can vary widely based on experience, the type of establishment, and the region. As of late 2023, bartenders in Michigan typically earn between $10 to $15 per hour, not including tips, which can significantly boost overall earnings. In more tourist-centric areas like Suttons Bay, where establishments may cater to visitors, rates might be higher, or the tip potential might drive overall compensation up. To determine if the rate in question is competitive, it should be compared against these benchmarks, considering local living costs and the demand for bartending services in the area.
