WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
– Fostering a welcoming, comfortable environment for residents from admission to discharge.
– Advocating for residents at every phase of care, ensuring we exceed their expectations daily.
– Developing personalized care plans for each resident, informed by your observations and expertise.
– Responding decisively and calmly in emergency situations to initiate life-saving measures, whether or not a physician is present, with a focus on residents’ well-being.
– Managing medication administration for residents and maintaining meticulous records of all aspects of care delivered.
If you meet the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you:
– Possess a Registered Nurse (RN) degree or diploma from an accredited institution.
– Hold a valid RN state license and CPR certification.
– Bring experience in nursing practice and a comprehensive understanding of how RNs deliver medical care.
– Have knowledge of the laws, regulations, and guidelines pertinent to long-term care.
