Job description:
Pay: $14.25 per hour

At Great Wolf, the Host/Hostess serves as the initial point of contact for guests, playing a vital role in creating an inviting and warm dining atmosphere. The Host/Hostess is tasked with greeting patrons, escorting them to their designated tables, and ensuring their needs are met throughout their dining experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
– Welcome patrons and escort them to their assigned dining area while monitoring table availability through the floor plan board.
– Inform customers of current promotions and communicate their assigned server.
– Manage the patron waitlist as necessary.
– Uphold the establishment’s standards by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol control policies.
– Support dining room staff by setting and clearing tables, replenishing water, and serving beverages as needed.

Basic Qualifications & Skills:
– Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate business needs, including availability on nights, weekends, and holidays.
– Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
