We are actively seeking a 1st Shift Customer Logistics Manager to join our Supply Chain Solutions division in Romulus, MI. - Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid twice per month
- Annual Salary: $60,000
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with additional hours as required to meet business needs.

Summary:
The Customer Logistics Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations within the assigned function, ensuring the achievement of operational goals and effective account management. This role involves providing leadership to direct reports and managing all aspects of operations.
Essential Functions:
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and manage customer expectations
- Oversee staffing performance and develop both exempt and non-exempt employees
- Manage inventory and inbound/outbound logistics
- Maintain regular communication with both customers and suppliers
- Plan and schedule day-to-day operations
- Implement health and safety management practices
- Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal regulations

Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in logistics, transportation, or warehouse operations
- At least five (5) years of plant experience
- Five (5) years of contingency planning and crisis management support experience
- A minimum of one (1) year of direct supervisory experience
- Five (5) years of experience in 3PL operations
- One (1) year of background in Lead Logistics Provider (LLP) operations
