Job Title: Line Cook

Company: Homestead

Location: Rochester Hills, MI

Pay: $16 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $16 for a Line Cook in Rochester Hills, MI, is generally considered below the competitive range for this role. While wages can vary based on experience, establishment type, and specific duties, the average hourly pay for Line Cooks in Michigan typically falls between $17 and $24 per hour, particularly in urban or high-demand areas. Given the rising cost of living and labor shortages in the food service industry, this rate may not attract or retain skilled workers, indicating it may be beneficial for employers to consider adjustments to stay competitive and secure qualified talent.
