The House Attendant is responsible for supporting the housekeeping team by cleaning guest rooms, managing laundry tasks, and enhancing overall guest satisfaction.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assess inventory levels in the storeroom upon arrival and restock as necessary
- Assist Room Attendants by removing linens and trash
- Support the cleaning of guest rooms and making beds as required
- Transport soiled linens from vacated rooms to the laundry department
- Deliver clean linens from the laundry to storerooms
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of storerooms
- Provide requested items such as irons, ironing boards, rollaway beds, and cribs to guest rooms
- Operate trash compactor and cardboard baler
- Retrieve and return any previously used guest requests found in rooms or hallways
- Communicate with management regarding special requests or duties
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Flexibility in scheduling based on business needs
- Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary
Desired Qualifications & Traits:
- Prior experience handling cleaning chemicals
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous housekeeping or general cleaning experience
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to push/pull up to 100 lbs.
- Ability to bend, stretch, and twist
- Capacity to stand for extended periods
- Ability to climb multiple flights of stairs and walk frequently
- Capability to work with cleaning chemicals as directed
