Job Description
Job Title: Facility Technician (Maintenance) – Hilton Garden Inn, GR
Company: Suburban Inns
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Pay: $16 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $16 for a Facility Technician (Maintenance) position at the Hilton Garden Inn in Grand Rapids, MI, appears to be below the average for similar roles in the hospitality and maintenance sectors. As of late 2023, the typical pay for maintenance technicians in the area generally ranges from $18 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and certifications. Given the responsibilities associated with facility maintenance in a hotel setting, which often include preventive maintenance, repairs, and guest satisfaction tasks, the $16 per hour rate may be considered uncompetitive and could pose challenges in attracting qualified candidates.
