Home Instead is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as ‘Care Professionals’ and contribute to our mission of enhancing the world’s capacity to care. We offer a range of non-medical services designed to support elderly adults in maintaining their independence and addressing the challenges associated with aging while preserving dignity and compassion.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing companionship and engaging in meaningful conversations
- Assisting with light housekeeping duties and meal preparation
- Reminding clients about medication and upcoming appointments
- Supporting clients with personal care needs, including grooming, bathing, toileting, and incontinence management
- Delivering specialized care to clients with Alzheimer’s disease
Requirements:
- A respectful and dignified approach to treating seniors and caring for their property
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for assigned shifts
- Strong communication skills, enabling friendly, professional, and respectful interaction with clients
