Compensation and Schedule:

  • Employment Type: Exempt, salaried position paid bi-monthly
  • Annual Salary: Up to $65,000, dependent on experience
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:15 PM – 7:30 AM (flexibility required)

Summary:
The Manager of Customer Logistics will oversee daily operations specific to their function, encompassing all facets of operations and account management. This role is primarily responsible for providing leadership to direct reports and achieving operational objectives in their designated area.

Essential Functions:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and manage expectations effectively
  • Oversee staff performance management and development of both exempt and non-exempt employees
  • Manage daily planning and scheduling operations
  • Uphold health and safety standards
  • Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal regulations

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office and logistics industry knowledge required

Compensation Information:
