At Great Wolf, our Front Desk Agent plays a pivotal role in ensuring an efficient, informative, and professional check-in and check-out process, allowing our guests to fully immerse themselves in the exceptional amenities the lodge offers. Frequently serving as the first point of contact, the Front Desk Agent significantly contributes to creating a positive first impression of our resort.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with courteous greetings, respond to inquiries, and address requests.
- Register guests by confirming room requirements, verifying pre-registrations, assigning rooms, and issuing guest room keys.
- Establish credit by verifying credit cards or obtaining cash deposits.
- Direct guests to their rooms, providing clear directions on the resort map.
- Convey information to guests by receiving and transmitting messages, mail, packages, and other communications.
- Provide concierge services by answering inquiries regarding resort amenities and other services, including entertainment, shopping, business, and travel.
- Maintain accurate records by entering room and guest account information.
- Collect revenue by processing services and charges, computing bills, and obtaining payments.
- Make reservations for the resort and other services by checking availability and confirming requirements.
- Ensure guest security by managing the lost and found process.
- Confirm guest identity for registration.
- Maintain a safe working environment by complying with safety protocols and reporting hazards.
Basic Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent education/experience.
- Flexibility regarding scheduling, based on business demands.
- Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments with minimal direction.

Physical Requirements:
