Essential Functions

  • Demonstrate the ability to learn and retain information regarding beverage ingredients, measurements, and recipes.
  • Effectively operate within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Ability to multitask by performing various roles, including recipe production, cash handling, stocking, and sanitation duties.
  • Operate and maintain specialized kitchen equipment, addressing equipment issues as necessary or escalating to leadership as needed.
  • Identify and rectify any ingredients or finished products that do not meet established quality standards while ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Prepare for semi-annual health department and external regulatory inspections.
  • Provide personalized customer experiences by demonstrating product knowledge and accuracy in fulfilling specific customer requests.
  • Implement effective service recovery processes when products do not meet customer expectations.

Qualifications
Required
