Job description:

Pay: $14.25 per hour

At Great Wolf, the role of Host/Hostess is pivotal in making a positive first impression for our guests during their dining experience. This position is essential in ensuring that all visitors feel warmly welcomed. The Host/Hostess is responsible for greeting guests, escorting them to their designated tables, and attentively monitoring their needs throughout the service.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Welcome patrons and escort them to their assigned dining areas, while effectively tracking table availability using the floor plan board.
  • Inform customers about promotions and introduce them to their assigned server.
  • Manage the patron waitlist as required.
  • Uphold the safety and satisfaction of both the establishment and its guests by adhering to sanitation guidelines, safety protocols, and alcohol service policies.
  • Assist dining room staff by setting and clearing tables, replenishing water, and serving beverages as needed.

Basic Qualifications & Skills

  • Must exhibit flexibility in scheduling availability based on business demands, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening is mandatory.
