Job description:

Home Instead is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Professionals, united in our mission to enhance the world’s capacity to care. We provide a range of non-medical services that empower aging adults to remain in their homes while addressing the challenges of aging with dignity, care, and compassion.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing companionship and engaging in meaningful conversation
  • Performing light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
  • Offering medication and appointment reminders
  • Assisting clients with grooming, bathing, toileting, and incontinence needs
  • Caring for clients with Alzheimer’s disease

Requirements:

  • Ability to treat seniors and their property with dignity and respect
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality for assigned shifts
  • Strong communication skills, fostering friendly, professional, and respectful interactions with clients
