Job description:

Pay: $14.25 per hour

At Great Wolf, the Host/Hostess plays a vital role in shaping the dining experience for our guests, serving as their first point of contact and ensuring a warm welcome for all. This position entails greeting guests, escorting them to their designated tables, and attentively monitoring their needs throughout their visit.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greet patrons with hospitality and escort them to their assigned dining area while efficiently tracking table availability on the floor plan board.
  • Inform customers of current promotions and provide them with details regarding their assigned server.
  • Manage the patron waitlist as necessary to ensure a smooth dining flow.
  • Uphold the establishment’s standards by adhering strictly to sanitation, safety, and alcohol control policies.
  • Assist dining room staff by setting and clearing tables, replenishing water, and serving beverages as required.

Basic Qualifications & Skills

  • Must demonstrate flexibility in scheduling in accordance with business demands, including the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening is required.
