This role involves delivering an exceptional customer experience by actively engaging with all customers, embodying our customer service principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while potentially being cross-trained to work in various store areas to meet business needs.

  • Serve as a role model in delivering exemplary customer experiences to both internal and external customers.
  • Foster a positive store culture that emphasizes honesty, integrity, and respect.
  • Process customer purchases and returns accurately, and handle cash transactions according to established procedures.
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs.
  • Maintain and execute merchandising philosophy and adhere to established merchandise procedures and standards.
  • Accurately prepare merchandise for the sales floor in accordance with company standards.
  • Initiate and engage in store recovery activities throughout the day as required.
  • Uphold organizational and cleanliness standards for the sales floor while contributing to the overall maintenance and tidiness of the store.
  • Provide and accept recognition or constructive feedback when necessary.
  • Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Support and participate in initiatives aimed at reducing store shrinkage.
  • Engage in safety awareness and contribute to maintaining a safe shopping environment.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned.

This position has a starting pay range of $12.00 to $12.50 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
