AI Pay Analysis: To assess the competitiveness of the hourly rate for a Banquet Manager in Mayfield, MI, it’s essential to compare it with the industry standards for similar roles in the region. As of my last update, Banquet Managers typically earn between $20 to $35 per hour, depending on experience, the size of the venue, and the complexity of the events managed. Factors such as local cost of living, demand for event services, and the specific details of the job description also play a critical role. If the offered rate falls within or above this range, it can be considered competitive. However, if it is significantly lower, it may not attract qualified candidates in a market where skilled hospitality professionals are sought after. Overall, local market research and trends should be done to get an accurate picture.
