Position Summary

• Housekeeping: Execute cleaning and housekeeping tasks, including dusting, damp mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms, patient room furniture, and common areas. Proper disposal of waste and additional related duties as assigned.
• Safety: Utilize protective gear as required, ensure safe and efficient usage of cleaning solutions, and report equipment or product needs to supervisors promptly. Adhere to established safety standards and infection control policies.
• Punctuality: Maintain consistent attendance, arrive on time, and complete assigned tasks in accordance with established schedules.
• Customer Experience: Provide a positive representation of HCSG through courteous interactions with supervisors, colleagues, and client staff.
• Resident Experience: Engage in positive and tactful interactions with residents, staff, and facility guests.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated positive attitude with the ability to follow both oral and written instructions, and carry out routine tasks consistently.
• After completing necessary training, exhibit leadership by performing all responsibilities independently while ensuring safety protocols.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies, as required by State, Local, and/or Customers.
• Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, push/pull similar weight, and maintain physical activity including standing, sitting, bending, and walking for extended periods.
