Job Title: Line Cook

Company: The Reserve at Red Run

Location: Rochester Hills, MI

Pay: $16 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $16 for a Line Cook position in Rochester Hills, MI, is generally considered on the lower end of the wage spectrum, especially in the context of the local cost of living and prevailing industry standards. In 2023, average pay for Line Cooks in Michigan typically ranges from $15 to $20 per hour, with some establishments offering higher wages, particularly for those with experience or skill specialization. Additionally, factors such as the level of cuisine, restaurant type, and benefits offered can significantly influence competitiveness. Therefore, while $16 is within the typical range, it may not be particularly competitive in attracting skilled candidates in a growing labor market.
