Job description:

Home Instead is seeking dedicated and compassionate Caregivers, referred to as ‘Care Professionals,’ to join our team and contribute to our mission of enhancing the world’s capacity to care. We provide a range of non-medical services that empower aging adults to live with dignity, care, and compassion in their own homes, addressing the challenges that come with aging.

Primary Responsibilities Include, but Are Not Limited To:

  • Engaging in companionship and meaningful conversations with clients
  • Performing light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
  • Providing medication reminders and assisting with appointment scheduling
  • Supporting clients with personal care needs, including grooming, bathing, toileting, and incontinence management
  • Caring for clients affected by Alzheimer’s disease

Requirements:

  • A commitment to treating seniors and their property with dignity and respect
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts
  • Strong communication skills, enabling friendly, professional, and respectful interactions with clients
