WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
– Collaborating closely with Registered Nurses to assess patients
– Administering medications and monitoring patients for adverse reactions
– Conducting routine lab tests and therapeutic services
– Providing education to patients and their families regarding disease treatment plans, self-care after discharge, holistic health needs, available resources, and follow-up care
– Identifying safety hazards and emergency situations to ensure the safety of residents, taking appropriate corrective actions as necessary

If you possess the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you:
– BLS Provider Certification obtained within 30 days of hire or transfer date
– Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse Certification obtained before hire or transfer date
– High school diploma or GED
