Location: Traverse City, MI

Pay:

AI Pay Analysis: To determine if the hourly rate for a Banquet Manager in Traverse City, MI, is competitive, it is essential to consider various factors including local cost of living, industry benchmarks, and specific job responsibilities. As of my last update, the typical hourly wage for a Banquet Manager in the U.S. generally ranges from $20 to $30, varying based on experience, establishment size, and event complexity. Traverse City, as a tourism-focused area, might see rates skewing towards the higher end due to seasonal demand and a competitive hospitality market. Therefore, if the offered rate falls within or above this range, it can be considered competitive; if it is lower, it may not align well with both local and industry standards.
