Fox Motors is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team at Fox Ann Arbor Hyundai in Ann Arbor, MI. Key Responsibilities:

The Sales Consultant is entrusted with providing exceptional purchasing experiences. In this capacity, you will engage with customers, utilizing dealership systems to ensure thorough follow-up and deliver the highest level of customer service. We are in search of a Sales Consultant who is competitive, career-oriented, and possesses a strong desire to innovate within a dynamic sales environment. No prior automotive sales experience is required; individuals with backgrounds in bartending, personal training, or hospitality are encouraged to apply. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Approaching, greeting, and offering assistance to customers entering the dealership showroom or sales lot.
  • Staying informed on the latest product information to maintain a high standard of vehicle knowledge.
  • Providing customers with detailed specifications on performance, safety, and benefits of all vehicles.
  • Conducting professional and engaging demonstrations of vehicle features.
  • Utilizing dealership systems to perform pre- and post-sale follow-up, thereby building and maintaining a robust client database.
  • Maintaining knowledge of vehicle values and equity, finance products, and Fox programs.
  • Ensuring adherence to Fox processes throughout the vehicle delivery process.
  • Introducing customers to various points of interest within the dealership.
  • Assisting in preparing the showroom to ensure a strong selection of vehicles is available and the space remains presentable.

  • Previous experience in customer service, demonstrating an ability to provide an exceptional experience.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proven success in achieving or surpassing sales goals.
