As of late 2023, the average hourly wage for registered nurses in the Detroit area typically ranges from $30 to $45, depending on experience, specialty, and shift differentials, with night shift positions often receiving higher rates. Considering the demand for nurses in acute care settings and the specialized nature of the ACE role, a competitive rate would likely fall within this range or slightly above it, particularly for night shifts due to the associated difficulties.
