Fox Motors is seeking a Used Car Sales Consultant to join our team at Fox Ford in Grand Rapids, MI. Key Responsibilities:
As a Used Car Sales Consultant, you will be entrusted with delivering exceptional purchase experiences. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers, utilizing dealership systems for follow-ups, and providing unparalleled customer service to establish lasting business relationships. Previous experience in automotive sales is not required; those with backgrounds in bartending, personal training, or hospitality are encouraged to apply. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Approaching, greeting, and assisting customers who enter the dealership showroom or sales lot.
- Providing customers with detailed information regarding in-stock vehicles, including specifications related to performance and safety.
- Utilizing dealership systems to complete both pre- and post-sale follow-ups, contributing to the maintenance of a client database.
- Maintaining knowledge of vehicle values, equity, finance products, and Fox programs.
- Adhering to Fox processes for vehicle delivery.
- Introducing customers to points of interest within the dealership.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- A collaborative team player with a high-energy demeanor.
- Availability to work during days, nights, and weekends as necessary.
- Valid driver’s license.
