Job Description
Job Title: Page
Company: County of St. Clair
Location: Saint Clair County, MI
Pay: $10.33 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $10.33 for a “Page” position in Saint Clair County, MI, is significantly below the competitive wage for similar roles in the region and national averages. As of my last update, entry-level positions such as library pages or similar roles typically range from $12 to $15 per hour or more, depending on the specific duties and local cost of living. In Michigan, particularly in areas outside of urban centers, wages tend to vary, but this rate may not sufficiently reflect the skills required or the local job market demand. Thus, this rate may struggle to attract and retain talent, suggesting a need for reevaluation to ensure alignment with industry standards and competitiveness.
