AI Pay Analysis: To analyze the hourly rate for the “RN Registered Nurse – Pediatric Emergency Department – 36hrs – Night Shift” role in Detroit, MI, we need to compare it with industry standards for registered nurses, particularly in pediatric emergency settings. As of my last data in 2023, the average hourly wage for RNs in Michigan typically ranges from $30 to $45, with pediatric emergency nurses often earning on the higher end due to specialized skills and night shift differentials. Given the specifics of the role, if the offered rate aligns or exceeds the upper range, it would be considered competitive. Additionally, local factors such as demand for pediatric nursing, cost of living, and organizational reputation can further impact the competitiveness of the rate. If you can provide the exact hourly rate being offered, I can offer a more precise analysis.
