Job description:
As a Guest Service Representative/Front Desk Associate, you will play a pivotal role in creating positive first impressions for our guests. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests warmly, assisting with the check-in and check-out processes, and efficiently registering and assigning rooms. You will issue room keys/cards, transmit and receive important messages, and maintain accurate records of occupied rooms and guest accounts.

In addition, you will manage reservations, confirming bookings as necessary, and present statements to departing guests, ensuring prompt and accurate payment collection. There may be occasional requirements to assist with laundry and prepare housekeeping carts for the staff.
