In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience through proactive engagement and interaction with all customers. You will embody our customer experience principles while ensuring a neat and organized store environment. Adherence to all operational, merchandising, and loss prevention standards is essential. The position may involve cross-training in various areas of the store to meet the needs of the business.

  • Exhibit exemplary customer service practices with both internal and external customers.

  • Accurately process customer purchases and returns, providing change back according to established procedures.

  • Uphold organizational and cleanliness standards for the sales floor, while contributing to the overall maintenance of the store.
  • Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback from peers and supervisors.
  • Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Support initiatives aimed at reducing store shrink.
  • Participate in safety awareness efforts to maintain a safe environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation Details
