AI Pay Analysis: To analyze the hourly rate for the “Restaurant Manager – Avali for Season 2025” position in Ionia, MI, it would be essential to compare it against industry standards and regional benchmarks for restaurant management roles. Typically, as of 2023, restaurant managers in Michigan earn hourly rates ranging from $15 to $30, depending on experience, establishment type, and location. In smaller towns, like Ionia, the rates may be on the lower end of this spectrum, especially if the restaurant is not high-end. If the offered rate aligns with or exceeds these figures, it can be considered competitive; otherwise, it may be below standard. Furthermore, factors such as the cost of living and benefits provided (e.g., health insurance, bonuses) also impact competitiveness. Thus, additional details about the exact hourly figure, responsibilities, and benefits will be necessary to provide a thorough assessment.
