AI Pay Analysis: To provide an accurate analysis of the hourly rate for a “Part Time Retail Shift Lead” in Ferndale, MI, it is important to consider factors such as the average pay for similar roles in the retail sector within the region, as well as general market conditions. As of my last update in October 2023, part-time retail shift leads typically earn between $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, specific company policies, and other benefits. If the hourly rate you are referring to falls within or above this range, it can be considered competitive and aligned with industry standards. However, if it is significantly lower, it may be perceived as less attractive, especially given current economic conditions and the ongoing demand for retail workforce flexibility. For the most accurate assessment, compare the specific hourly rate to local job postings and wage data from sources like the Bureau of Labor Statistics or local job boards.
