Company: SpartanNash

Location: Boyne City, MI

Pay:

AI Pay Analysis: To analyze the hourly rate for a Pharmacy Technician in Boyne City, MI, it’s important to consider several factors, including local cost of living, demand for pharmacy technicians, and industry standards. As of my last available data, the average hourly rate for pharmacy technicians in Michigan typically ranges from $15 to $22, depending on experience, certifications, and specific job responsibilities. Boyne City, being a smaller community, may skew toward the lower end of this range, but competitive pay could also be offered to attract skilled workers. If the rate in question falls within or slightly above this range, it would likely be considered competitive. Conversely, if it is significantly below, it may struggle to attract quality candidates. Overall, a thorough comparison with local job listings and the specific rate in question would provide a clearer picture of its competitiveness.
