Job Description
Job Title: New Americans Cultural Orientation Volunteer Organizer
Company: Samaritas
Location: Troy, MI
Pay: $22 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $22 for the role of “New Americans Cultural Orientation Volunteer Organizer” in Troy, MI, can be considered competitive, particularly for non-profit and community service roles, where compensation is often lower than in the private sector. According to various salary and employment resources, similar positions in social services or community engagement typically range from $15 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and locality. Troy, being part of the Metro Detroit area, may also see slightly higher wages due to the cost of living, but this rate aligns well with the salaries for entry to mid-level positions aimed at fostering community integration for new Americans. Overall, this compensation appears fair and consistent with industry standards for similar roles in the region.
