VIRELLA is seeking a dynamic leader who embodies passion and purpose to join our esteemed organization, which has proudly served the industry for 120 years. The selected candidate will initially focus on mastering our processes to effectively service our existing client base of 2,000 businesses, while simultaneously cultivating relationships to attract new clients through referrals and leads. As the candidate develops their expertise, they will lead a small team to execute similar responsibilities. This role provides the opportunity for advancement into the Agency Director position as you acquire the necessary skills using our systems and processes. Compensation is structured on a weekly basis, with an average first-year salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000.

Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver outstanding service to the existing client base.
– Explore and research new business opportunities (B2B).
– Oversee team performance and activities.
– Train and develop new team members on current systems.
– Maintain daily activity reporting utilizing our Salesforce-based CRM.
