AI Pay Analysis: To analyze the competitiveness of the hourly rate for a Physical Therapist in Flint, MI, it’s essential to compare it with industry standards and regional data. As of my last update, the average hourly wage for Physical Therapists in Michigan ranged between $35 to $45 per hour, with higher rates typically found in urban areas compared to rural regions. If the rate in question falls within or exceeds this range, it would be considered competitive. Additionally, factors such as the therapist’s experience, the specialty practiced, and local demand can also significantly influence wage levels. Therefore, if the stated hourly rate aligns with or surpasses the state and national averages while considering local economic conditions, it is likely competitive and attractive for candidates in that area.
