AI Pay Analysis: To assess the competitiveness of the hourly rate for a “Part Time Retail Shift Lead” in Royal Oak, MI, it’s essential to consider the typical wage range for similar positions in the retail sector within that area. As of my last data in October 2023, part-time retail shift leads generally earn between $14 to $20 per hour, depending on the specific employer, years of experience, and store location. Factors such as benefits, work environment, and growth opportunities also influence competitiveness. If the offered hourly rate falls within or above this range, it can be considered competitive; however, if it’s significantly below, it may be less attractive to potential candidates. Overall, it’s crucial to compare not just the pay, but also the overall compensation package and market demands in the Royal Oak area for a comprehensive evaluation.
