AI Pay Analysis: To analyze the hourly rate for a Physical Therapist in Bad Axe, MI, it’s important to consider industry standards and regional demand. As of October 2023, the average hourly wage for a Physical Therapist in Michigan typically ranges from $30 to $45 per hour, depending on experience, specialization, and the specific healthcare setting. Bad Axe, being a smaller community, may offer rates on the lower end of that scale due to its rural location, which could result in fewer competitive offers compared to urban areas. If the hourly rate in question falls within this range, it could be considered competitive; however, if it’s significantly below $30 or does not provide adequate benefits, it might be less appealing to prospective candidates in the current job market. Overall, competitiveness is determined not just by the rate, but also by the total compensation package, including benefits, work-life balance, and career development opportunities.
