We are seeking a dedicated full-time Physical Therapist to join Doctors of Physical Therapy, where our therapists are integral to the success of our clinics. In this role, you will uphold our exemplary standards of patient care through personalized treatment sessions and enhance our supportive and collaborative culture.

As a member of our team, you will receive comprehensive support designed to foster your professional growth. You will collaborate with:

• Education Director: Facilitates educational opportunities, continuing education unit (CEU) courses, clinical instructor (CI) opportunities, and mentorship programs.
• Front Office Coordinator: Oversees front desk operations, managing patient appointments and new patient registrations.
• Technician-Aides: Provides assistance with patient care and related needs under supervision.
• Corporate Billing Department: Handles insurance verifications and patient billing processes.
• Marketing Department: Develops marketing materials and manages the clinic’s corporate social media presence and advertising strategies.
• Business Development Team: Drives and manages referrals to enhance clinic outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial physical therapy evaluations in accordance with APTA standards.
• Develop individualized comprehensive care plans based on initial findings.
• Understand the reimbursement standards of various insurance carriers to create clinically superior patient programs that enhance patient outcomes.
• Exhibit excellence in compliance by:
  • Establishing both short- and long-term goals for patients.
  • Implementing the prescribed plan of care.
  • Delivering thorough therapy treatments aimed at improving patient well-being and functionality.
• Regularly communicate patient progress to referring physicians and other healthcare professionals involved in their care.
• Create and document home exercise plans to maximize therapy benefits.
• Strategically plan and execute patient discharges.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge in physical therapy practices through educational workshops and continuing education.
• Communicate professionally with all stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, insurance companies, third-party payers, and case managers.
